Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests only under specific circumstances outlined below.

Customized or Altered Products

Products that have been customized, altered, stitched, or modified according to customer requirements are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, measurements, and specifications before placing an order.

Minor variations in color, weave, texture, embroidery, or craftsmanship may occur due to the handmade nature of certain products and should not be considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must record a complete 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides
  • Display the shipping label clearly
  • Capture the complete unboxing process
  • Show the product in detail after opening
  • Clearly display any damage, defect, or incorrect item received
  • Be continuous and unedited without cuts or interruptions

Claims submitted without a valid continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Return & Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Reason for Return or Exchange
  • Clear Product Images
  • 360-Degree Unboxing Video

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approval of any return, refund, or exchange request remains solely at the discretion of Vishala Shopping Mall after verification.

Step 3: Return Shipment

If your request is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should not be used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Customers will be provided with return instructions by our support team.

Step 4: Product Inspection

Upon receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure compliance with this policy.

Products failing inspection may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

If an exchange request is approved:

  • Replacement products will be dispatched within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized or stitched products
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • International orders
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

Important Notes

  • Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, photography lighting, and device displays. Such variations are not considered defects.
  • Handloom, handcrafted, embroidered, zari, sequined, and embellished products may have slight irregularities that are part of their unique craftsmanship and not manufacturing defects.
  • Vishala Shopping Mall reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging products during return shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
